I know most websites dedicated to helping others usually has an "about me" page to describe what the author has gone through or struggled with and has overcome. What I have learned from suffering from anxiety, depression, and ADD most of my life is that there is no cure, only your willingness to forge on and be the best that YOU can be.
My hope is that by coming out of my comfort zone will be a beacon of light to others to finally seek out help or to connect me with similar stories of dealing with mental illness.
I think the easiest way to connect to someone else who deals with anxiety, heartbreak, and everyday craziness is by befriending someone who also shares your same struggles. My books are chock full of stories and ideas I believe will help others get through their daily struggles and put together an action plan to better their lives. The first and most important aspect of moving forward with mental illness, in my opinion, is by finally opening up and sharing your struggles with someone that can help you.
Let's move forward together,
